Policies & Requirements
We strive to provide a safe, medical-grade environment for your elective ultrasound. Please review our standard operating procedures:

Prenatal Care Requirement: Because we provide elective, non-diagnostic imaging, we strictly require that you are currently under the care of an OB-GYN or Midwife. Please bring proof of care (an appointment card, a previous medical ultrasound report, or a note from your doctor) to your session.

Hydration is Key: For the clearest 3D/4D/HD images, we recommend drinking at least 64oz of water daily for 3–5 days leading up to your appointment. Proper hydration increases the amniotic fluid, which acts as the “window” for our camera.

Family-Friendly Studio: We welcome siblings and family members! Our viewing room is equipped with a large screen so everyone can share in the magic.

We warmly welcome families and children to your Elective Ultrasound (provided a second adult is present for supervision) to ensure a focused clinical environment.
Please ensure your referring Physician or Midwife is listed on your intake form prior to your appointment.
