Terms and Conditions for Clearview Ultrasound

Location: Round Rock, Texas

Welcome to Clearview Ultrasound. By accessing our website (clearviewultrasound.com) and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Nature of Services (Non-Diagnostic)

Clearview Ultrasound provides elective, limited prenatal ultrasounds for entertainment and bonding purposes (e.g., 2D, 3D, 4D, and HD imaging).

  • Not a Replacement for Medical Care: Our services are not a substitute for a diagnostic, medical ultrasound ordered by your physician. We do not screen for fetal anomalies, perform measurements, or provide medical diagnoses.

  • Medical Provider Requirement: All clients must be under the active care of an obstetrician or midwife. By booking, you represent that you have already received (or have scheduled) a diagnostic ultrasound to confirm the health of your pregnancy.

2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice or “no-shows” may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. If you are late, your session time may be reduced to accommodate the next scheduled client.

3. Image Quality Disclaimer

We strive to provide the highest quality images of your baby; however, image quality is dependent on several factors beyond our control, including:

  • Fetal position and movement.

  • Amount of amniotic fluid.

  • Placental location.

  • Maternal body habitus (BMI). If the baby’s position prevents us from obtaining viewable images, Clearview Ultrasound may, at its sole discretion, offer a discounted or complimentary “redo” session. No refunds will be issued for poor image quality due to these natural factors.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Self-Pay: Elective ultrasounds are not covered by insurance. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of the service provided (the time of the sonographer and use of equipment), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the session has commenced.

5. Guest Policy

We welcome family and friends to share in this experience. However, for the comfort and safety of all, we ask that guests follow our current facility capacity limits. Please contact us prior to your appointment if you plan to bring more than 5 guests.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge that ultrasound technology is considered safe by the FDA when used by trained professionals, but you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the session. You agree to release and hold harmless Clearview Ultrasound, its owners, and staff from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of our services or attendance at our facility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on clearviewultrasound.com, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Clearview Ultrasound. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information or medical contact details provided during booking are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable state laws. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson or Travis County, TX.

10. Changes to Terms

Clearview Ultrasound reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
